RCA Model 8-C-7LE Plastic Clock Radio (1950s)

This sassy green and ivory number sounds great. I picked it up in eastern Washington, and didn't think much of the deal until I got home and polished it up.

The volume control knob on the left has numbers from 0 to 10. When I first saw the numbers, I thought, "How silly! We adjust the volume by listening, not by looking, right?" A visitor to this website pointed out that numbers can come in handy if you're setting the clock late at night and don't want to disturb your sleeping mate. I stand corrected!
